How to book
The Shells will be available to book from January 2025 with Freedom Holidays. We will be launching with two pods:
Accommodation
Floating accommodation in St Helier Marina
Each pod has:
- One bedroom with a king size bed
- Sofa bed in living area
- Open plan living room with kitchenette and dining area
- Bathroom, with shower, basin and toilet
- Outside deck area with patio tables and chairs

- Bed linen and towels provided
- Smart TV
- WiFi
- Fridge
- Laundry facilities at the Marina laundrette
Eco-friendly escapes
Built from 100% sustainable materials and powered by state-of-the-art eco-technology, The Shells are designed to minimise their carbon footprint. With air-source heat pumps for heating and cooling, plus photovoltaic solar panels, you’ll enjoy a comfortable stay all year round, knowing your getaway is kind to the environment.
Unwind with scenic views
Spend evenings in the cosy lounge area, catching your favourite shows on the Smart TV or watching the boats drift by through large double glass doors. For extra guests, the sofa easily converts into a bed. Step out onto the private deck, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or a glass of wine as you take in the changing views of the tide.
